Chicken Teriyaki & Broccoli on White Rice

1 cup cooked White Rice
1 packet Modern Mum RTC Fresh Cut Broccoli 300gm
1 tbsp Olive Oil or any regular cooking oil
2 whole Garlic Cloves, minced
2 uncooked boneless skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
1 handful chopped Spring Onion (green & white parts)
Salt & Pepper to taste
- Marinate cube Chicken Breasts & minced garlic cloves in Teriyaki Sauce for minimum 30 Minutes. For best results: Marinate overnight.
- Coat large nonstick pan with cooking oil, set over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until brown on all 4 sides. Stir often.
- Add packet of Broccoli and chopped Spring Onion. Let simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce reduces slightly, about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon cooked White Rice into bowls, spoon Chicken cubes and Broccoli over each bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
